1. Definitions
“Platform” refers to the SubSeat website, apps, and services.
“Customer” refers to end users booking services via SubSeat.
“Business” refers to barbers, salons, beauty providers, or wellness professionals using SubSeat to manage bookings and subscriptions.
“Affiliates” refers to any third parties promoting SubSeat or offering integrated services.
2. Subscriptions & Agreements
2.1 Customers
Customers subscribe to a weekly or monthly subscription, subject to a minimum term of 6 months.
After the minimum period, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in writing with at least 30 days’ notice.
Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
2.2 Businesses
- Businesses are bound by a minimum contract term of 24 months (2 years).
- Available agreements: 2-year, 3-year, 4-year, and 5-year plans.
- Early termination is not permitted unless agreed in writing and may incur exit fees.
- SubSeat reserves the right to amend pricing or terms at renewal.
3. Use of Data
SubSeat collects and processes data including, but not limited to: name, email, phone number, booking history, service preferences, and wellness interests.
Data may be used to:
- Provide and improve services.
- Share offers, promotions, and updates.
- Conduct market research and analytics.
- With consent (and where legally permitted), SubSeat may share anonymised or aggregated data with third parties, including for commercial purposes.
- At a later date, SubSeat may expand into additional services (e.g., chair finance, wellness offers) and use collected data to inform these offerings.
4. Data Protection & GDPR
- SubSeat complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time.

5. Liability
- SubSeat provides the platform “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted service.
- SubSeat is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising between Customers and Businesses.
- SubSeat, its employees, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Affiliates
- Affiliates may operate under their own Terms & Conditions.
- SubSeat does not guarantee the quality or availability of services provided by affiliates.
7. Intellectual Property
- All logos, trademarks, and content are owned by SubSeat unless otherwise stated.
- Businesses and Customers may not copy, reproduce, or use SubSeat branding without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
- SubSeat reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
